2- The cost of registration, judging, issuing certificates and publishing articles for non-University of Zanjan students for a maximum of three articles (one to three articles) amounting to one million and five hundred thousand Rials
3- The cost of registration, judging, issuing certificates and publishing articles for faculty members of all universities and research centers, as well as free individuals, is two million Rials.
4- The cost of registration, judging, certification and publication of articles for international researchers: one hundred dollars
