Synthesis of green nanoparticles of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide using walnut shell extract

چکیده :

In recent decades, various methods have been used to produce metal nanoparticles, but the green method (using plants) is very important. Due to traditional medicine of walnut shell, the aim of this research was to synthesize green metal nanoparticles of zinc oxide and titanium dioxide by the aqueous extract. In this study, a sample of walnut inner shell was prepared as a collection for home consumption and the aqueous extract of walnut inner walnut shell (by soaking for 30 minutes) was obtained. Zinc sulfate (ZnSO4.7H2O) and tetra isopropoxide (C12H28O4Ti) used to preparation of nanoparticles. The result of phytochemical tests showed the presence of alkaloids, terpenoids and flavonoids. And FTIR, SEM, XRD and EDX used to prove nanoparticle size and shape.
