مطالعه تنوع ژنتیکی و شبکه هاپلوتایپی گونه Dionysia cespitosa با استفاده از توالی‌یابی ITS و نشانگر مورفولوژیکی

چکیده :

Dionysia cespitosa (Primulaceae), one of the endemic species of the Zagros Mountain, Iran, classified into three subspecies (ssp. bolivari, ssp. cespitosa, ssp. isophylla). Internal Transcribed Sequences (ITS) was used to assess the genetic diversity and haplotype network among 7 populations of D. cespitosa. The results showed average haplotype diversity (0.93) and nucleotide diversity (0.00923) with 25 unique haplotypes. Additionally, haplotype network showed that population 1 (Hap_1) that likely represent an ancestral lineage shared among populations. Morphological result illistrated that in principal component analysis (PCA) the first four components had eigenvalue greater than one (4.5, 2.1, 1.5, and 1.3, respectively) that explaining a total of 68.80% of the diversity among the quantitative traits, with plant height, bract width, and corolla length being the most significant.
